Like many women, I experienced how this stage of life can quietly shift your energy, mood, and sense of self - and how easy it is to fall into an all-or-nothing approach when nothing seems to work. The habits that once worked suddenly stop delivering the same results, and the advice online can feel overwhelming and contradictory.

After navigating the physical and mental changes of early perimenopause myself, I realised how important it is to move away from the question “What am I doing wrong?” and instead begin to understand what your body actually needs now.

My coaching focuses on helping you make sense of those changes and rebuild habits that support your body in this phase of life - without extremes or all-or-nothing thinking - so you can feel steady, capable, and more like yourself again.
